Meta has introduced a new initiative aimed at bringing top creators from YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram onto Facebook.

On March 18, the company unveiled its “Creator Fast Track” program, designed to help creators grow faster and earn money more easily on the platform. Participants will benefit from boosted reach on reels along with guaranteed monthly payments.

Creators with at least 100,000 followers can earn around $1,000 per month, while those with over one million followers can receive up to $3,000. To qualify, they need to post 15 reels per month, with no minimum view requirements, and can reuse content from other platforms.

Meta says the program is meant to remove the difficulty of starting from zero on a new platform. According to Facebook’s creator team, many established creators hesitate to switch because building an audience elsewhere can feel risky and slow.

The guaranteed payments last for three months, but Meta says increased reach will continue beyond that. Creators can also earn through subscriptions, tips, brand deals, and Facebook’s broader monetization tools.

Alongside this, Meta is rolling out new analytics features to help creators track performance, understand earnings, and see which views qualify for payouts.
