Aston Villa is aiming to keep their Champions League dreams alive by securing a comeback win against Paris Saint-Germain in the second leg of the quarter-finals at Villa Park.

Unai Emery’s team is currently down 3-1 on aggregate after the first leg in Paris, where Morgan Rogers put the midlands club ahead before Desire Doue, Kvicha Kvaratskhelia, and Nuno Mendes turned the tide in favor of the French champions.

Villa has had a strong showing at home in Europe this season, but they face a huge challenge against a team that has triumphed in 17 out of their last 18 games in all competitions.

The only blemish on that record was a 1-0 defeat to Liverpool in the first leg of their Champions League round of 16, which they ultimately came back to win.

A 3-0 Premier League win over Southampton in between ties gives Villa some added confidence with Ollie Watkins, Donyell Malen, and John McGinn proving their worth in front of goal ahead of what will be a crucial test tonight.
