Leonid Radvinsky, the owner of adult content platform OnlyFans, has died at 43 after battling cancer, the company announced Monday.

“We are deeply saddened to share the news of Leo Radvinsky’s passing. He died peacefully following a long fight with cancer,” an OnlyFans spokesperson said, adding that his family has asked for privacy.

Radvinsky, a Ukrainian-American entrepreneur, acquired Fenix International Limited — OnlyFans’ parent company — in 2018, where he served as director and majority shareholder.

He also founded Leo, a venture capital firm established in 2009 that focuses mainly on investing in technology companies.
